Talking about jazz is talking about diversity and experimentation. The second edition of Sesc Jazz, from October 8 to 27, brings together artists from four continents to showcase current jazz production in shows and educational activities.
Sesc Jazz 2019 will feature 26 attractions from 12 countries (Brazil, Cuba, Spain, United States, France, Hungary, England, Israel, Nigeria, Norway, Switzerland and Tunisia) at nine Sesc units in the State of São Paulo – in the capital (Sesc Pompeia), Greater São Paulo (Guarulhos), coast (Santos) and inland (Araraquara, Bauru, Jundiaí, Piracicaba, Ribeirão Preto and Sorocaba).
In addition to the shows, there will be 17 activities with an educational and language diffusion content. There will be meetings, workshops and lectures at the same units and also at Consolação, Vila Mariana and Centro de Pesquisa e Formação (Research and Training Center).
It will be an opportunity to enjoy both the work of artists of historical significance and of the avant-garde exponents.
Keep up with the program and have a nice festival!
